ONE OF A KIND There is only one you. You are an original, one of kind, stamped by The Creator, there is no one quite like you. If you don’t believe that you are special, no one else will. You are here to live out your purpose and deliver it to mankind. Your spirit cannot rest until your gift is given to the world. Once you have delivered your unique purpose, your spirit becomes untethered, and your ceiling is lifted. Greatness is the gift contained in your soul.
SUFFERING AND HAPPINESS Suffering and happiness are interconnected. The suffering in our lives is needed to grow our happiness. A beautiful lotus flower grows in a muddy pond; the lotus cannot grow on marble. Likewise, out of human suffering comes growth, resilience, wisdom, and understanding. Lotus flowers blossom on long stalks, which float above the muddy waters of attachment and desire. This is great symbolism for human life as well; that difficult situations can ultimately lead to us to our most beautiful outcomes, and help us grow into greater human beings.
REMAIN GROUNDED IN YOUR CENTER A strong force from the north will soon try to knock you off course. Be ready to withstand these winds of change. In certain times, there will be no place to hide, and nowhere to run. Life pulls you from your center every time. By the mighty strength of your Inner Power, you can endure any situation that is coming to you. Remain grounded in your center, and remember that there is a force of good which always surrounds you.
AWAKEN YOUR INNER GIANT It is important for you to raise your energy by shifting your attention to the present moment. This action of awareness increase your inner vibration. Your DNA is being created every single day, and it is stamped with the history of your emotions. The DNA you create today, can be no greater than the vibration of its sending force. Your attitude matters most. Your attitude has the potential to fan the flames of your soul. This powerful shift awakens your inner giant.

Dr. Russell Clayton is a Los Angeles based Physician. He is also a poet and author of the soon to be released book, Finding The Greater You – The Path To Your Soul. Dr. Clayton is a practicing OBGYN physician at Kaiser Permanente. Dr. Clayton was educated at The University of Chicago, University of Illinois and completed his residency in gynecology at Saint Johns Hospital in Queens, New York. Dr Clayton is a father of four, and is happily married. He is active in his medical practice, but his passion is writing and publishing his poetry based in Spirituality and Consciousness.
Dr. Russell Clayton has been taking our breath away for some time. His words flow within the soul to embrace and heal us, to teach us to expand and grow, and most of all to remind us of who and what we are in truth – love. Finally, we have his book, The Greater You The Journey of Awakening.
