COMMUNICATION AND LOVE
The key to maintaining a successful romantic relationship is maintaining excellent lines of communication and exploring deeper states of vulnerability in one another. No relationship can prosper without good communication. Vulnerability and openness bridge the gaps of frustration and loneliness. It is everyone’s challenge to communicate and speak from the heart to those we love, even when uncomfortable or uneasy. When we fail to communicate effectively with our partners it erodes shared intimacy and trust. Vulnerability is not a weakness; it is a door through which love walks. When you surrender to love, you open your sacred heart space.

Dr. Russell Clayton is a Los Angeles-based Physician. An OBGYN for Kaiser Permanente, he is also a poet and author of the book Finding The Greater You – The Path To Your Soul. Dr. Clayton was educated at The University of Chicago, University of Illinois, and completed his residency in gynecology at Saint Johns Hospital in Queens, New York. Dr. Clayton is a father of four and is happily married. He is active in his medical practice, but his passion is writing and publishing his poetry based in Spirituality and Consciousness.
