BE UNAFRAID
There is nothing to fear if you have nothing to lose. When your identity is tied to the body-mind, you believe that you can lose your very life. Knowing your Truth means that you know that you existed long before your birth and that you will exist long after your death. Life is just consciousness that you wear as a robe for awhile. Your timeless and limitless self can never fade. You will never be afraid if you know who you really are. Take the fire of your truth and light someone else’s candle, your flame will still burn just as bright.
THE EVOLUTION OF YOUR SOUL
Hand over control of your mind to your heart. This is the journey of awakening. Worldly experiences can never completely satisfy the real you. Underlining this process is the fear of your mind having to hand over control to your heart. The ego mind fights to imprison your heart because if your higher consciousness gains control, it spells death for the ego. Awakening is the opening of your heart. The heart is the home of the soul and the beneficiary of truth and liberation. Let your mind surrender to it’s natural state which is to be merged with your heart. Choose to wake up. Say yes to your awakening and celebrate the evolution of your soul.
BE YOURSELF
When you reside as the God Self in you, there is a vast openness. There is more space, more relaxation, more trust and more love there. Therein lies a great peace, a great joy and a great understanding that surpasses all beginnings and all endings.

Six years ago I started writing The Greater You. I was inspired by the death of my father to write an in-depth book about the keys to life for the benefit of my children. In order to prepare myself, I read over one hundred books and I studied for thousands of hours the subjects of philosophy, sociology, psychology, world religion, love and metaphysics. Dr. Russell Clayton is a Los Angeles based Physician. He is also a poet and author of the soon to be released book, Finding The Greater You – The Path To Your Soul. Dr. Clayton is a practicing OBGYN physician at Kaiser Permanente. Dr. Clayton was educated at The University of Chicago, University of Illinois and completed his residency in gynecology at Saint Johns Hospital in Queens, New York. Dr Clayton is a father of four, and is happily married. He is active in his medical practice, but his passion is writing and publishing his poetry based in Spirituality and Consciousness.
