Sweet Corn Soup

During the winter months, we all want healthy hot soup before dinner. Here’s an easy Chinese – Indian style for you…

Ingredients

  1. One cup chopped mix vegetables – Carrots, Cauliflower, Beans

  2. One spoon of spring onion for garnish

  3. One spoon garlic-ginger paste

  4. One spoon sugar

  5. 2 spoons corn kernels

  6. Cream style corn one bowl

  7. 2 spoons corn starch

Method

  1. Take 3 cups of water and boil all vegetables for 4 to 5 minutes.

  2. Add cream style corn and stir well.

  3. Add corn kernels and sugar.

  4. Salt and pepper as per taste.

  5. Mix corn starch in cold water and pour it in. Let all contents come to a boil.

  6. Serve with hot bread. You may also make a condiment tray including Soy sauce, chili-sauce and green chilly dipped in vinegar.
