A friend once told me, “Birthday is such a day that even if your dry cleaner or your newspaper man wishes you, you feel important!” Most of us are passionate about doing something nice for our family and friends on their Birthdays, anniversary and other important days. Bakeries and cake decorators are flooded with special requests for special occasions.

Decorating cakes to feed my creative passion taught me a thing or two about how people plan surprises and their consequential reactions.
