A fervent participant of Facebook, I ran across an account of one man’s journey of integrating the exclusive neighborhood of Shaker Heights, OH. The experience of Jerry Whiting is important to share because it takes us through the intricacies of the process of changing the world, one story at a time. We are Goin’ In with The Integration of Shaker Heights.

“Cleveland born, raised in Shaker Heights, I now call Seattle home. I learned PostScript from Adobe engineers, applied my newfound knowledge to barcode fonts (don’t ask), and founded Azalea Software on my kitchen table in a classic case of midnight engineering. Believe it or not, I sold Azalea to Miranda June of 2013 and work for her PT now.”
