Forward March!

Have you ever been late with your Garden Spices article and see Vicki looking over her glasses in your mind? You start to write but something is slowing the speed in which your computer is running and you look up and realize that eight windows are open with an application active in each? Being a smart and wise person, you began to close the windows one by one so your computer can run unencumbered. Extrapolate this concept out and apply it to your life and you will get to the understanding that you must do the same. You must close the windows to the past in order to live fully present in the now. Closure is the mechanism that releases you from yourself.

“Be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind.” Renew means to make new again. In order to make new you must close out the present. Closure in itself is the key to transformation as it facilitates a clearing of the space so it can be filled with fresh, beautiful things. You must close out everything. It’s not easy to bring closure to anything, especially the icky, dark stuff in our lives. These are the things haunt you as they usually stem from some not-so-good decisions that we have made. We can be so tough on ourselves and carry these things around as open wounds, so that we ourselves can pour salt in them.

These wounds must be closed. They take up too much of our life and keep us from experiencing the joy, peace and abundance that this life is chocked full of. Having all these issues open keeps us in a whirlpool of confusion. Confused within us. This does us absolutely no good at all, when our experience is ordained by God to be good and very good. Closure brings us to a place where we are no longer dragging the past along with us. Closure allows us to march forth into greater things.

For me, I had to come to know that life only exists of lesser and greater good. I had to come to know myself as the powerful Spiritual being that I AM. I had to come to know that this human experience just is what it is. And most of all, I had to stop feeling jacked up about the way God Created it. I had to allow closure to come forth in every area of my life. I had to allow closure to come to the way I thought about God, others and myself.

Closure brings healing. That after all is why we are here. To work out our individual soul stuff and heal on the plane that clouded our soul and consciousness in the first place. It takes work; for me, eighteen years that I AM consciously aware of. Diligent work. Friend-losing work, and everything is worth it. How do you do it? Well just give a call, email or text and we’ll figure it out together. Attention!! Forward March…..
