BREATHING EXERCISE TO CENTER YOURSELF
Wherever you are, look around and take notice of your surroundings. Center yourself and open your mind. Turn away any new thoughts and come into the full state of Awareness. Start by closing your eyes and going inward:
Step 1: Breathe in while counting to 4 slowly. Feel the air as it enters your lungs. Inhale to your comfortable capacity.
2. Step 2: Hold your breath for 4 seconds. Try to avoid inhaling or exhaling for 4 seconds. Stay focused on your breathing.
3. Step 3: Slowly exhale through your mouth for 4 seconds and release any negative energy you hold.
4. Step 4: Repeat steps 1 to 3 until you feel restored, rejuvenated, and fully alive.
