Living and working on St. Maarten, I experienced the cuisine of Julies Gibs from Caribbean Kitchen in Garden Spices.  Never did I think we would experience the food journey of her daughter, Tatiana!  (I knew her as a toddler)! Today, Tatiana has a thriving baking business and singing career, and Garden Spices gets to hear about both.  Welcome, Edible Sensations by T! – Victorine

Our Story

With an aspiration to follow in the footsteps of her great-grandmother and her grandmothers whom both were bakers as well as her uncle Clement Richardson, who is a well-known chef on the French Side of the island.(View Biography)Edible Sensations By T was founded!

Edible Sensations by T is an Online Catering Company in St. Martin/St. Maarten. With a desire to put something sweet in your day, we cater in Cupcakes, Cakes, Snacks and more…We also give Cooking & Baking Classes! We strive to serve you the highest satisfaction in customer service, quality products that are unique in presentation and flavor and items that are freshly baked never frozen!  We at Edible Sensations by T are dedicated to meeting the needs of you the Customer!

A BA graduate of Johnson and Wales University, major in

Baking & Pastry Arts Chef | Food Service Management | Resort Management and member of ETA Sigma Delta

(International Hospitality and Tourism Management Honor Society).

Tatiana was born and raised on St. Martin/St. Maarten into a family filled with self-taught cooking and baking expertise. Her great-grandmother and her grandmothers were both bakers. Her uncle Clement Richardson is also a well-known chef on the French Side of the island. All of whom made a living from selling their delicious freshly baked goods and gourmet dishes.

With the aspiration to follow in their footsteps and educate others, she decided to further her studies abroad.During her tenure at college, Edible Sensations by T was founded.

Yet, being an educator at heart and a lover of cooking and baking, Tatiana held on to her aspiration to educate others, she later on became a chef instructor at St.Maarten Vocational Training School where she takes pride in honing the skills of her pupils.
