Be a Pure Kind Of Beautiful

We are creations of nature, and ugly is a strong word to describe nature’s creations. Beauty is not in the clothes a person wears; the way they comb their hair, or a perfect body adorned with precious jewels. Beauty is in one’s eyes. They are the doorway to their heart. True beauty is reflected in one’s soul. Sustainable beauty goes a long way, especially when natural.

Beauty saves. Beauty heals. Beauty motivates. Beauty unites.

Beauty returns us to our origins, and here lies the ultimate act of saving,

of healing, of overcoming dualism.” – Matthew Fox

I happen to believe in beauty free of side effects. Our kitchen pantry and refrigerator contain plentiful resources of beauty fixes that won’t break the bank. These secrets help us to save money and time. The kitchen is a storehouse of a lot of exciting possibilities in the kitchen. Here are a few suggestions for natural beauty fixes. I like to call them the kitchen cupboard beauty secrets.

How to make my skin glow?

Coconut Milk

Take some organic raw coconut milk and apply it on face and lips. Leave it for 20 mins and then rinse with cold water. This helps to gain glowing skin as well as nourishes it.

How do I moisturize my face?

Mix 1 tbsp orange juice, 1 tsp lemon juice, and 2 tbsp plain yogurt. Apply this paste and leave for 15 mins. Then wipe off with wet tissues.

How should I cleanse my face?

Use a cotton ball soaked in raw milk. Wipe your face clean. Check the color of that cotton ball. Rinse with water and pat dry with a soft towel.

How should I nourish my face?

spices

We need to make a protein mask. Soak 5-6 almonds with 1 tbsp Urad Dal (White lentils) overnight. Grind it into a fine paste. You can also use a mortar and pestle. Apply this mask on face and neck for 30 mins. Wipe off with a wet wash cloth. Its also helps for a glowing complexion.

Want to slow down the aging process?

Pure castor oil prevents wrinkles and softens the texture of your skin. Use it as a body lotion overnight and you will be amazed how good your skin feels in the morning. Especially, after a shower.

Need help with oily skin?

Mix gram flour with yogurt. Use it as a face wash. It helps take off oil residue. Rinse with warm water and pat dry.

Natural sun screen lotions?

Blend rose water, glycerin and cucumber. Apply this juicy mixture on face and body for natural sun protection.

Home made conditioner?

Honey

Mix 2 tbsp raw milk cream and 2 tbsp pure honey. (Double the quantity for longer hair.) Apply this on hair, leave for few mins and rinse.

Oily shine on face?

Rub apple slices on your face and rinse off with cold water. It reduces the oily shine.

Kitchen Cupboard

Who knew these flavorful items from the kitchen could also help with some quick personal grooming? Next time you open your kitchen cabinet, I am sure you will see it differently. Hopefully for the good-looking reasons. Beauty does not have to be an expensive option. Beauty illuminates. Beauty heals. Be a pure kind of beautiful. Don’t forget to drink plenty of water. Let that natural beauty roll out from within you. Be your kind of beautiful!

Rasila Mamtora loves nature because she believes nature is the only thing that keeps us alive. She feels the energy between all living things. Rasila is an Indian woman born in small beautiful village named Limdi in Gujarat, India. She has lived in a large-joint family who care about each other. She recollects her Grandma treating her and her siblings with natural aroma medicine when they were sick. Rasila’s Grandma was a strong believer of ‘Au Naturel’. She feels she has inherited the trade genetically. Rasila feels God speaks every hour in nature and through its unlimited broadcasting system . “We must be willing to tune in.
